Senegal is my luxury destination! Great music, excellent food, lovely hotels and no great distances to travel. My tours combine Senegal’s great assets: Dakar with its beaches, islands and famous night life, the beautiful coast, the history of Saint Louis and a week’s cruise on a lovingly restored colonial cruise ship, sailing up the Senegal river, passing through world heritage flamingo breeding lands and visiting Maure, Wolof and Tokulor villages along the way.

April and May 2009
from here 2 esu cameroon
gorillas, chimps, the beach...
and the kingdom at the end of the road
Cameroon’s tourism slogan is “All of Africa in one country” and there really is something for everyone. From Mount Cameroon and the equatorial forest coast with its lovely beaches in the south, through ancient highland Fongoms, to savanna, sahel and finally desert up at Lake Chad in the north. Diversity of land is matched by a cacophony of cultures, with over 200 different languages.
I have a number of elements which I can assemble according to your time and pocket. My main focus is the primate conservation projects and a unique eco-tour to Esu, a remote and ancient kingdom in the highlands.
Elements include: wild gorilla country treks with conservationists, equatorial forest safaris, stunning beaches, birding safaris, climbing Mount Cameroon, Esu - the kingdom at the end of the road, and ‘tribal safaris to the north.
